The calendar has flipped pages and school starts within the next 2 weeks!  You are likely busy with getting pens and pencils, but this is an important time to remember that your schedule is about to change.  What kind of routine will you slip into?
I strongly urge you to make health and fitness a part of your new schedule.  Whether it's your child's first time in school or they are old pros,  you and your kids are going to have an adjustment to make! 
Why wait for New Year's to make a resolution?  Since your schedule is going to change anyway, go ahead and make a beneficial change for yourself.  Show your kids and spouse how important health is to you and they will likely follow your lead.  With Georgia and other states showing a dramatic increase in obesity amongst it's citizens both young and old, it is more important than ever to make a commitment to yourself and your family. 
Oh, and did you know.... IT IS TIME TO PREP FOR SWIMSUIT SEASON 2012!!!  So get a head start and be in the habit by the New Year!
